SOLD OUT | Elf
December 20, 2022 @ 7:00 pm
$10The Alabama Theatre appreciates your patience and understanding during the technical difficulties we experienced during the December 20 showing of Elf at 7 p.m. Shortly after announcing that the showing would be cancelled for the evening, we were able to restore function to the projector and screen the film. If you had to leave the theatre before the movie and would like a refund, we are working on setting up a refund portal. We will send out information on how to request a refund as soon as it is available, which may be early January. If you stayed for the film, we hope that you enjoyed and won’t request a refund. The Holiday Film Series is our pride and joy and our largest fundraiser of the year, helping to sustain the theatre’s operating expenses through slower months. This type of technical malfunction is rare but not impossible, and we appreciate you sticking with us!
Happy Holidays from the Alabama Theatre and keep an eye out for more information!

Why can't I buy from somewhere else?
If there is a problem with your ticket, the only way that we can look it up in the ticketing system is if it was purchased from Ticketmaster. You must be able to show identification that matches the name on the ticket, show the account number that was used to purchase the ticket or show the credit card that was used for purchase. It is possible for the purchaser of valid tickets to transfer them to another buyer through Ticketmaster.com or the Ticketmaster app.
