However, there are never enough revenues left over to do the major maintenance repairs that come up frequently such as a new $660,000 air conditioning system, $450,000 for an expanded women’s restroom and $200,000 to return the 3rd Avenue North iconic vertical Alabama sign. Therefore, we ask your help in providing funds for the ongoing maintenance and care of these two beloved theatres.
